Ye Ai Solutions provides AI-powered receptionists and chatbot services designed for tattoo studios. Our Services include subscription-based and one-time offerings, along with free trial periods.
3. Eligibility
The Services are available only to businesses.
By using our Services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a valid business entity and are authorized to enter into these Terms.
Our Services are not intended for personal or consumer use, nor for individuals under the age of 18.
4. Payment Terms
Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly) and through one-time payments.
Free trials may be provided at our discretion.
All payments are non-refundable.
Billing occurs on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Not use the Services to create, share, or transmit harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

Client Content: You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you input or provide to the Services.
AI Outputs: You own the outputs generated by our AI for your business use, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable law. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.”
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results.
INK.Ai Solutions makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of outputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ye Ai Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that you use AI-generated outputs at your own risk.
10. Termination
By Client: You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.
By Company: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
